President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO is responsible for day-to-day operations, and presents proposals for strategy, goals, actions and financial statements, as well as important investments. ABDULRASHEED ISMAIL is our president and CEO.



Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the corporate improvement programme and for driving operational efficiency across Hyline Energy business areas. The COO also plays a key role in the further development of Hyline Energy Limited. The role of the COO organisation is to drive consistent long term safe and efficient operational performance and value creation. Chief Operating Officer Adenle Abdulkadir heads the COO organisation.



Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the corporate controller with responsibility for the corporate finance functions. In addition, the CFO organisation manages the market perception of Hyline Energy Limited local and and international financial markets through active stakeholder management. The CFO drives financial performance within Hyline Energy Limited and provides professional support and advice. Chief Financial Officer LEONARDO JACK heads the CFO organisation.



Legal

Legal has the global functional responsibility for all legal matters related to the Hyline Energy business and corporate activities, overall responsibility for advising on all legal matters and ensuring that activities related to ethics and anti-corruption are well organised and conducted in a satisfactory manner. The corporate bodies' secretariat is also the responsibility of Legal, which is a global organisation with employees in several locations. Legal is headed by JANE CARRAIHGER.



Corporate Comunication (CCOM)

CCOM's purpose is to protect and enhance Hyline Energy's reputation, supporting the company's effort to reach strategic goals. The function is responsible for media relations, internal communication, political and public affairs and brand communication, and advises the Board of Directors and senior management on communication issues. Corporate Communication is headed by ABUBAKAR MUKHTAR.



Corporate Audit (COA)

Corporate Audit is responsible for auditing Hyline Energy's business to ensure that it is subject to adequate management and control. The function is responsible for investigating accidents and cases of ethical misconduct, as well as all internal audits. Corporate Audit provides assurance, challenges current practice and provides information from a truly independent viewpoint. Corporate Audit is headed by ELIZABETH MORGAN.



Corporate people and leadership (Corporate PL)

CPL carries an overall responsibility for the corporate people and leadership function in the Hyline Energy Limited. CPL will ensure one company approach to achieve sustainable global business for Hyline Energy. The role of the CPL function is to establish the strategy direction for the function, set corporate functional standards and targets, and drive operational performance. CPL is headed by ALIYU BIU Marketing, Midstream & Processing (MMP)

MMP's goal is to maximise corporate value creation in Hyline Energy's mid- and downstream business through safe, reliable and efficient operations. The business area is responsible for capturing the full value potential of all marketed and traded products, such as crude oil, liquids and natural gas. MMP is headed by MODU TIJJAN.



Development & Production (DPN)

DPN is responsible for safe and efficient operations on the continental shelf. As operator and partner, we will manage resources in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner, creating value for our owners, suppliers and Partners. DPN consists of the Operations North, Operations West, Operations South and Operational Technology & Support business clusters. DPN is headed by RICHARD MORGAN .



Development & Production Support International (DPI)

DPI is responsible for our international development and oil servicing, and is engaged in production in 10 countries: Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Canada, Libya, Nigeria, Russia, the UK, the US and Venezuela. International oil and gas production represented approximately two third of Hyline Energy's equity services.



Hyline Energy Limited also has representative offices in China, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Mexico and United Arab Emirates. The main development projects in which DPI is involved are in Angola, U.A.E, Canada, Ireland, the UK and the US. DPI is headed by MICHEAL THOMAS



Technology, Projects & Drilling (TPD)

TPD is responsible for delivering projects and wells and providing global support on standards and procurement. TPD is also responsible for developing Hyline Energy as a technology company. TPD business activities are organised in the following business clusters:
Research, development and innovationTechnology excellence Projects Drilling and well Procurement and supplier relations TPD is headed by KYVAT RAYMOND.



Exploration (EXP)

EXP manages Hyline Energy's global exploration portfolio and aims to position Hyline Energy as one of the leading global exploration companies. EXP aims to get access to new high-impact acreage, in addition to securing infrastructure-led exploration in the deepwater, continental shelf and in other select areas. The business area is a new department and aims to deliver efficient exploration operations, including seismic acquisition and drilling of exploration and appraisal wells. EXP is headed by FAISOL SAID.



Global Strategy & Business Development (GSB)

GSB is Hyline Energy's functional centre for strategy and business development. The ambition of the GSB business area is to closely link corporate strategy and business development to actively drive Hyline Energy's corporate development. GSB is responsible for Hyline Energy's global strategy processes, and identifies, develops and delivers inorganic business development opportunities. This is achieved through close collaboration across geographic locations and business areas. Hyline Energy's strategy forms the basis for guiding the company's business development focus.



DONALD LAMORE leads the department.

HTD ( HYDROCARBON TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION): This department handles deliveries in different parcel sizes to various locations offshore and to water feed jetties for the sister downstream department. The downstream department trades bulk refined petroleum products and distributes to some of our clients.This department services the construction, mining, textile, agriculture and the marine sectors with petroleum products and lubes. The department has service contracts with retail outlets to channel petroleum products in the West African markets, Nigeria inclusive. This department is headed by MALIK RAUF.



New Energy Solutions (NES)

NES will focus on developing commercial sources of alternative energy, as well as looking at investments in proven alternative and renewable energy. NES is headed by ABDUL MAROOF
